The Episcopal Diocese of Western North Carolina received three Polly Bond awards for its work in communication for 2023 at the 50th-anniversary conference of the Episcopal Communicators in Portland Maine, April 15–19, 2024.
Missioner for Communication Sinclaire Sparkman brought home an award of merit for the Welcome video that appears on our website's home page, an honorable mention for the feature story Tale of Resolve: Remembering Cherokee Sand Town at St. John's, Cartoogechay, and an honorable mention for website excellence.
