Walk in the Way of Jesus.
Change the World.
In the words of our current Presiding Bishop, the Most Rev. Michael B. Curry, “Jesus came and started a movement and we are the Episcopal Branch of the Jesus movement.”
The Episcopal Diocese of Western North Carolina is part of that movement. Together, as a community of 63 year-round congregations, five summer chapels, two conference centers, a summer camp, one retirement community, and one parochial school across the 28 westernmost counties of the state, we collectively witness to God’s love for the whole world.
We believe we are partners in God’s mission to:
“restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ."
