Hundreds Gather for Diocesan Family Night
By Charlotte Garcia
Interim Youth Coordinator
More than 200 people of our diocese came together in fellowship July 15 at the Tryon International Equestrian Center for Saturday Night Lights.
Families, clergy, older couples, and youth enjoyed dinner on the Skydeck while watching show jumping.
The goal of this event was to bring together families from across the diocese, and that we did! Families from Hendersonville, Asheville, Gastonia, Tryon and many other cities enjoyed the festivities together.
TIEC did a great job providing a fun-filled evening with face painting, an exhibition on ironwork, clowns, incredible bubble blowers, pony rides, and of course, show jumping.
A huge thank you to the good people of Holy Cross Tryon for their help in bringing this vision of fellowship for families in the diocese to life!
