Last week Canon Augusta Anderson, Rev. Oscar Rozo, and Rev. Joslyn Schaffer attended and graduated from the College for Congregational Development at the Diocese of Maryland.

Joslyn shares, "It was a privilege to be with clergy and lay colleagues from across the church to learn practical skills to support healthy change and growth. Useful both in daily ministry leadership and in providing space, time, and skilled guidance in helping me think strategically about 'big picture' challenges facing the church."

Oscar adds, "I'm deeply grateful to our diocese for inviting me to take part in the College for Congregational Development training. It was a valuable opportunity to learn about models, structures, and strategies that can help strengthen our parishes and the diocese as a whole, making them more dynamic, faithful, and healthy communities of faith."
