Youth Council Applications

Youth Council is leadership team made up of high school students in grades 10-12 who feel called to grow as leaders, deepen their faith, and help shape the future of youth ministry in our diocese. 

Youth Council members play an active role in planning, leading, and evaluating diocesan youth events throughout the year. They help develop themes, create activities, lead worship, and small groups, and serve as ambassadors who share information and excitement about diocesan opportunities within their home parishes. 

Youth council is more than a leadership position, it’s an opportunity to build lasting friendships, develop leadership skills, strengthen your relationship with Christ, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of other young people. Members serve as advocates for youth across the diocese, helping ensure that our programs remain relevant, engaging, and responsive to the needs of today’s teens.
