Bishop José will host our third diocesan Vestry Academy. Vestry Academy is a weekend retreat open to the vestry leadership of smaller congregations in the Diocese of Western North Carolina.

About The Event
Vestry Academy is a weekend retreat open to the vestry leadership of smaller congregations in the Diocese of Western North Carolina. The focus of the conference will be threefold:
- † Vestry role, responsibility and leadership development
- † Ministry collaboration among small church leaders
- † Spiritual formation for vestry leadership
The weekend will also provide time for individual vestries to gather by themselves for planning and visioning in the new year. We have limited spaces available!
When: Friday, January 24 – Sunday, January 26
Cost: Double occupancy for the weekend - $175.00
Single occupancy for the weekend - $ 300.00 (Each parish can have 2 single occupancy rooms, so please coordinate with your ministry team who gets the single rooms.)
Here is the link to Vestry Academy registration. Just be sure to note that due to limited space, we can only offer two single-occupancy room to each congregation. All other registrants from your congregation will need to register for double-occupancy.
