The program is Unpacking Self-Care: An opportunity to re-examine what it means to faithfully care for both yourself and those around you. Led by Ardelle Walters, MS, LPC.
Ardelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has extensive experience working with adults on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and relationships. As a clergy spouse she is particularly interested in the well-being of clergy and their families. She has served on a network of therapists for Presbyterian clergy and their families in Arkansas in addition to serving as CREDO faculty and Planning for Wellness faculty for Episcopal clergy. Ardelle is an active member of Calvary Episcopal Church in downtown Memphis, where her husband Scott serves as rector. In her free time she also enjoys yoga, running, walking, writing, an occasional bike ride, daydreaming, and baking (especially muffins). Ardelle and Scott have two children, the youngest still in college, and two dogs still at home.
