About The Event

This event is for high schoolers. Join the Diocese Youth for a weekend of reflection, learning, and deep conversation.

Facilitators from the Building Beloved Community Commission will lead the workshop. Through interactive exercises, videos, and small group discussions, the youth will explore how institutional and systemic racism impede our ability to create an inclusive community. This workshop helps to raise awareness that dismantling racism is a spiritual discipline grounded in our Baptismal Covenant. Youth will have time to reflect, build connections with other youth and talk about the things that weigh heavy on their hearts.

Cost is $75 per participant.
