Parish Roster 

Help us stay connected by filling out our 2024 parish roster form

All parishes in the diocese must complete the form linked below. We ask that clergy or senior wardens complete this form for your parish. We know this is a lot of information. Your participation will help us to communicate with you in the best way possible by keeping our diocesan database up-to-date and accurate. Please complete this form in its entirety before May 31st. 

May 20, 2024 - 2:30 p.m.

Clergy Check-In with Bishop José

All clergy are invited to join Bishop José on Zoom for a check-in chat at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, May 20 (Rescheduled from Tuesday, May 7). This informal Zoom meeting is intended for all those ordained and serving in our diocese to have time to chat with Bishop José about concerns, initiatives, and whatever is needed.

Schedule an Hour with Bishop José

Bishop José will be available for one-on-one meetings with clergy once a month, either by Zoom or in person. These meetings are intended to give clergy a solid time to meet with Bishop José to discuss pertinent issues. Email Jess or call the diocesan office to schedule a meeting time. Other dates for 2024 include June 18, Sept. 5, and Nov. 26.

Zoom for Children and Youth Leaders

All lay and clergy leaders are invited to join on Zoom for a monthly check-in chat about youth, young adult, and family ministries with Charlotte. These will be held by Zoom monthly on the first Tuesday of each month. This meeting is informal and intended as a way to explore resources, check-in with one another, and brainstorm new ideas for programming.

All clergy are invited to join Bishop José on Zoom for a check-in chat at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 10. This informal Zoom meeting is intended for all those ordained and serving in our diocese to have time to chat with Bishop José about concerns, initiatives, and whatever is needed.

Communication Conversation: AI Use and Ethics 

We will discuss some guiding ethics for AI use and how AI tools like ChatGPT (and others) can help us create schedules, plans, and write, and some tips to guide the AI for better results. Have you used AI at work or for church communication yet? Parish administrators, clergy, and anyone interested in enhancing communication within their church community are welcome to join.
